Election and Kashmir issue

Holding elections in the Indian held Kashmir by Election commission of India is their constitutional obligation and its ignorance is not a rationalize approach. As long as India is holding control over Kashmir, system has to follow its constitution. Same case is with Pakistan. As long as she holds control over Kashmir system has to follow the constitution. And election process must be seen by one aspect for the both. Let us talk about Indian held Kashmir, if political trading over Kashmir will be stopped and stand based on human values and Islamic principles will be adopted, Kashmir can be easily taken out from its political dig. The people of Kashmir are known for their religious sentiments and our homeland is being called “PEERE VAER” valley of saints, but unfortunately politicians always use the religious sentiments and forget the religious teachings for their vested interest which is tragic and needs to blockade, because it is tested weapon to tarnish religion in the name of religion. History and ground reality speaks out that rulers of Kashmir generally are as apparitors as innocent are the people, therefore every politician in Kashmir is always a winner and the public is always looser, which it self is a mystery.

Whenever I ask my self abut Kashmir that is the Indian held Kashmir, a part of India!? I see India is not allowing me to think like that and asks me whether one has seen or heard that a country is having two national flags. India is having its own flag and Kashmir is having its own. If you don’t believe go and see yourself the secretariats of Kashmir where both the flags are flaying. Constitutionally I have admitted in different forms and terms that Kashmir is not a port of India, you can never understand what I can do. O ignorant baby why should I wake up you and make myself vigil! Why you don’t think yourself, Can I say Delhi is a part of India, Madhya Pradesh is a part of India, Gujarat is a part of India, and so on….. No. Why no, because these are not only the part of India but the greater India is based on these states. After my invasion of Kashmir on 27 October I introduced new phrase in my political dictionary that the Kashmir is a part of India and to keep you boozy I have to sing this sholog.

2. When I ask myself about Pakistan held Kashmir, is that Kashmir a part of Pakistan!? Pakistan replies if India has addressed you as ignorant I must admit she is right, if Kashmir controlled by me was part of Pakistan why should I address it as free Kashmir (Azad Kashmir). It is better for you not to understand. If India has not explained you or you are not able to understand yourself like other common issues that are a different story. Basically Kashmir is the secret of our development. Without Kashmir issue how could we two become nuclear powers. By playing psychic war over you people, we are moving towards progress, no doubt India has took the lead after all it is big brother. We both love your innocence kindly be always innocent and boozy. Hope you will not change your mind to follow our paid channels that will be you most kindness.

3. Some times I ask my self that is this clear at international level that Kashmir is neither part of India nor Pakistan! While hearing my murmur United Nations started hooting that we were guessing that you are ignorant. Now I have to believe you are really ignorant. You people don’t know how many expenses we bear for our representative offices in both parts of Kashmir and internationally both the parts are being called as Indian held Kashmir and Pakistan held Kashmir. Now you will ask me then what is the fun of self determination, if you do believe Kashmir is neither a part of India nor of Pakistan then what the fun of this monkey share is. Why you had dived us into these two! Let me tell you we were trying to make you up but it looks, either you are yourself booze or you have been made booze, and why we should create mess with India and Pakistan. Try to understand baby understand which you never.I mean to say we have every answer ready in the different Kashmir related political contexts.

I believe Kashmir issue is an assured legal issue from domestic to international levels. We need to know all legal issues related to Kashmir and fight legally for the resumption of our right of independence at every front with one goal. The participation in the election is a part of its legal fight which should be fought on the basis of interest of Kashmir and its people, not for the vested interest of agencies.We also need to give the real and just based answer to Kashmir’s independence related every question. Then the past glory of Kashmir will be back as sovereign state.

KASHMIR: Elections and Azadi!

Two months back every corner of Kashmir echoed with the slogans of Azadi. Not much time elapsed that a considerable number of people were seen jostling to get their turn to cast the vote. Is there a contradiction within Kashmir or we fail to explain the two as part the one greater reality?

Holding elections in the Indian held Kashmir by Election Commission of India is their constitutional obligation and ignoring this fact bears resemblance to logic. As long as India is holding control over Kashmir, system has to follow a particular structure, both of men and rules. Same is the case with Pakistan. As long as she holds control over their part of Kashmir system has to work. And election process must be seen in this perspective. Let us talk about Indian held Kashmir; if politics within Kashmir is purged of nasty elements and is based on human values and the principles that fall in line with a Muslim society, Kashmir can be easily taken out from the turmoil that it is in. The people of Kashmir are known for their religious sentiments and our homeland is being called Peere Vaer - valley of saints, but unfortunately politicians always use the religious sentiments for their vested interest which is tragic and needs to stopped, because it is a tested weapon to damage religion in the name of religion. History and ground reality bears out that rulers of Kashmir have generally been as cunning and cruel as the people have been innocent, therefore, every politician in Kashmir is always a winner and the public is always a loser; this is the saddest part all the politics that is going on in Kashmir.

Whenever I ask myself about Kashmir, that is the Indian held Kashmir really a part of India!? I see India is not allowing me to think like that. It always imposes a situation on me where the real question gets clouded and other concerns occupy the space. Ideal and thematic discussion apart, just the fact that India and Kashmir have two different flags points towards something that is pertinent and poignant. Remember India having its own flag and Kashmir having its own! If you don t believe go and see yourself the secretariats of this state, both at Jammu and Srinagar, where both the flags are flying. Constitutionally it has been admitted that the two are not one. After the invasion of Kashmir on 27 October, 1947 a new phrase was introduced in the political life of Kashmir and this land was ‘made’ part of India. Afterwards, the politics of the land was drafted in a way that none needs to look back and ask the fundamental question. But it did not happen. Time and again this question popped up on the surface. Nevertheless, the politics of elections need not be dovetailed with the basic and original question about the political stats of this land.
Now come to the Pakistan held Kashmir; is that Kashmir a part of Pakistan!? Pakistan may not reply the way India does, but calling it Azad Kashmir is never an answer. Sometimes it looks that Kashmir is the secret of the development of the two countries, in some senses. Without Kashmir issue how could the two have become nuclear powers?

Sometimes I ask myself that is this clear at international level that Kashmir is neither part of India nor Pakistan! Anyway Kashmir issue is legally valid, from domestic to international levels.

We need to know all that is related to its legal status. We need to fight legally for the restoration of our right of independence at every level of collective activity. The participation in the election can be made a part of this legal fight if they are fought on the basis of the interest of Kashmir and its people, not for the vested interest of agencies.

We also need to give real and valid answer to every question related to the Kashmir conflict and its solution. Then only will open up the possibilities of real solution to our problems, including the fundamental one. The past glory of Kashmir will be revived and Kashmir will emerge as a sovereign state on the global map.
